Spent grain bread

  1. Chester & Lena those are beautiful looking rolls and loaf! I ate spent grain bread for the first time last summer in Wisconsin (there are a lot of spent grains in Wisconsin). I'd love to try making it myself some time when you have some surplus spent grains.

  2. I would love to share some spent grain with you! I hate how much I have to throw away after each batch of beer. Only a cup or two goes to bread and a cup or two goes to the chickens. The rest, 10 cups or so, get's composted.
    I will definitely give you as much as you want next time I brew.
