Come and Get Your Honey!

Lena and I are once again selling honey out of our garden.  Every Wednesday (unless we post otherwise) from 4:30 to 6:00 we will be hanging out in The Garden, talking to friends and neighbors, showing them the hives, and selling honey (lip balm and candles, too while supplies last!).

30+ lbs of honey!

This summer we will also have occasional weekend days.  Our first weekend day will be Sunday, June 7, 10:30 to noon.

Still can't make it? Contact me and we'll find a day for you to come over.

Hope to see you soon! Until then, stay sweet!

  1. Wow! What an afternoon! It was wonderful to see many familiar faces and meet some neighbors. It was great to have many Miraloma families here along with kids from other schools around the city! But of all days, one of our resident rats (we have chickens, and with chickens comes rats) chose today to get sick and feast on the honey comb I had out for people to inspect. about 8 kids and their grownups crowded around the rat fascinated by it's brazenness. I picked up the plate, wax, honey rat and all, and moved it away from my welcome guests. Luckily, most of us San Franciscans are made of stern stuff and no one freaked out! Don't miss the next honey day! You never know what excitement there will be!
