On day 38 Tala and I cracked the first bottle of Amber Ale. We both agreed that the beer is mighty tasty, though it could sit in the bottle for another week or two. Generally, the darker the beer the longer it takes to mature.
I still prefer the pale ale, but I like the hop profile of this beer. I may use something similar for my next pale ale. Enjoy this fourth and final video on brewing my amber ale. Later I may update you all on how the beer develops over time.
